And based on what I can find on the it appears that the only tracks left after that will be Caliente in Tijuana Mexico, Tristate in Cross Lanes WV and Wheeling also in WV. There are several tracks in other states still scheduling races for now and none of them are scheduled to close in 2021 However, Iowa Greyhound Park & Southland in West Memphis Arkansas are both scheduled to close in 2022. In July 2020, when I updated this site the only greyhound tracks scheduling races in Florida are Orange Park in Jacksonville, Derby Lane in St Petersburg and Palm Beach and they will all close down by the end of Dec this year. Closed immediately were Daytona Beach, Ebro, Orlando, Flagler in Miami plus most of the seasonal track even in other states. But as the tracks were working on a schedule to close sequently Covid-19 hit and most of gathering spots for crowds closed quickly due to the spread of the virus.
All the Florida tracks listed below in the 2018 list were scheduled to be closed by the end of December 2020. In November 2018, the voters of Florida voted to close down greyhound racing in their state.
